Prenatal Yoga

6-Week Series

Move

Ease common pregnancy discomforts with gentle, guided movement designed specifically for the pregnant body. Each session helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and support your changing posture. You'll leave feeling more connected to your body—and more prepared for birth.

Connect

Meet other expectant parents in a warm, judgment-free space where you can share, listen, and grow together. Our classes are more than just yoga—they’re a chance to build real community and find emotional support. Many participants say the friendships they form here last well beyond pregnancy.

Prepare

Get more than movement—gain tools, insights, and resources to help you navigate pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum with confidence. Each class includes time for questions and discussions about topics like pelvic floor health and healing postpartum, community resources, and more. You'll walk away informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

Meet Your Instructor

Devin Raber

Devin has been leading Prenatal Yoga classes for over 9 years. She is a certified by Blooma Yoga in prenatal style, an ACE certified personal trainer, and career yoga teacher for over 10 years. She gave birth to her son in May 2021 and was a former BNF client.

She is passionate about helping pregnant people find their individual voice and path into parenthood.

Prenatal yoga with Devin was one of the most physically and mentally restorative practices I did while pregnant. Devin took such care and consideration with how each individual was feeling that week and tailored our session to match. As pregnancy can often be isolating, this group cultivated a space in which you are able to ask for advice and form bonds - some of which lasted past prenatal yoga and have now formed a moms group! I would highly recommend prenatal yoga with Devin to any pregnant individual.
