Milk Miles is our weekly community run, open to everyone: current and former BNF clients, friends of BNF, and anyone who wants to lace up and join us.
Walk, jog, or run, at whatever pace works for you.
There's no experience needed and no one gets left behind.
Come as you are, strollers and all.
Offered in partnership with Berkshire Endurance Project.
The Berkshire Endurance Project is a USATF-certified running club that aims to serve runners of all abilities in Berkshire County. Our goal is to build a sense of community that helps individuals achieve their running goals, while fostering the growth and future of Berkshire County running as a whole.
Weekly Runs
Connect
This group was born from two moms who love running — and BNF. It's a chance to connect: find your people and feel part of a community. Every mile is a reminder that we’re all here for each other.
Move
Whether you're looking for a personal practice, a little strength, or a good dose of endorphins, a weekly run is a simple way to show up for yourself.

Estimated 10-11min miles.
People can choose to run/walk (Jeffing).
Jeffing is a running method where you alternate planned intervals of running and walking—such as 4 minutes running followed by 1 minute walking—to manage effort, reduce fatigue, and help you run farther. Great for new runners! -
We run rain or shine! We will only cancel if the path is flooded or there are thundershowers.
Once it gets snowy the route will change because the Mohican trail is not cleared in the winter, but Nicola has some running routes to use that are safe and still have sidewalks for strollers.
-
The group is built as a running group, with the run/walk loop 4 miles long. Kids/babies in strollers are welcome.
